Daniel's Theory - Carl's jr provides free refill of drinks, and there lies the loophole. The refill machine's coordinates is PERFECT for people to refill, away from the eyes of the cashiers. Having Paid $12 for a bloody meal, one wants to take drink from the machine for free....everyday...anytime.
Cheapo person: Can i have a Cup for my niece plsss. We want to share the drink
Cashier: There you go, have a nice day =)
*Cheapo person heads to the drink machine and get a free drink.
